The First Tee: Reversing Lower Cross Syndrome

Mini Course

Many of us sit too much. All that sitting creates muscle imbalances in the hips called Lower Cross Syndrome (LCS).  LCS throws off pelvic alignment.

If your pelvis is misaligned, it makes it harder to rotate into the golf swing. Since your spine sits on your pelvis, if your pelvis is misaligned then your spine is misaligned. That increases the injury risk to your back.

This course is a great place to start reversing the imbalances caused by too much sitting. The workouts are short, easy to follow, and cover the four key components of a Golf Training Hacks Course. These are Releases, Mobilizations, Ground Based Movements, and Strengthening.

Hip Rotation Mini Course

At times, golf can be very frustrating. Especially when we don’t know where to look for answers to the swing flaws that ruin our game and our fun. Often, answers can be found if we look for them in our hips.  Your hips need to lead the way in the golf swing. Yet, so many recreational golfers don’t get enough from their hips.

Even more important than ruining a golf swing, hip dysfunction is often the cause of back issues.

This mini course is a great place to start improving hip function. The workouts are short, easy to follow, and cover the four key components of a Golf Training Hacks Course. These are Releases, Mobilizations, Ground Based Movements, and Strengthening.

The First Tee eBook

“The First Tee” eBook is about changing your perspective on how to improve your golf swing.

No one improves their golf swing when they are in pain and injured. Many recreational golfers struggle through nagging injury and pain due to underlying conditions that are never effectively addressed.

Continuing to do the very thing that’s causing pain and injury, the golf swing, won’t help. Actually, it will only make things worse.

That means you need an alternative approach.

"The First Tee” eBook starts you on the road to an altrenative approach to improving your golf swing without the inevitable pain and injury that comes with getting older.

“The First Tee” explains why, before you can improve your golf swing, it’s very likely you’ll need to STOP swinging the golf club.

“The First Tee” lays out a counterintuitive approach to improving performance that starts with stopping the practice that leads to inevitable pain and injury.

This approach helps you create a fluid effortless swing without:

  •  Relying ONLY on hours of practice required by traditional golf instruction to groove swing technique
  •  Subjecting your body to the injury producing wear and tear of repetitive golf swing practice.
